- Carefully follow up on anyone who previews your house.
- Counsel you on all offers and negotiate the best possible price for you.
To INFORM you we will:
- Notify you (in advance when possible) of any request to show your house.
- Provide you with a written copy of any documents YOU may sign.
- Explain in detail all instruments, transactions and procedures.

- A picture of your home will be obtained.
- Your home will be advertised regularly.
- Purchasers will be carefully qualified.

- Any inspection required will be ordered on behalf of homeowner.
- Sellers will be informed of any information important in the sale of their home.
- We will expose your property to individuals in our immediate area as well as those living outside.
